Over the years, Briskwave has successfully managed a number of key strategic initiatives with clients, such as:

1. Steering Committee: management of key resources from cross-functional teams to address short-term and long-term network and operational issues.
    

2. Task-force: management of Subject Matter Experts from multiple engineering, operational and marketing groups to define business strategies and network deployment plans of new network technologies.
    

3. Deployment & Integration: project management of deployment and integration of new service platforms and OSS/BSS solutions.
    

4. Acceptance Testing: management of resources to define acceptance test strategy, resources, and acceptance criteria, and to execute acceptance test plans until final acceptance and launch of new platforms and services into the production network.
